என்னுடைய முந்தைய பதிவுகெண்டகி வறுகோழி- ஒரு அதிர்ச்சி தகவல்!! படித்துவிட்டு மிகுந்த ஆர்வத்துடன் பதிலிட்ட நண்பர்களுக்கு நன்றி. ”மெய்ப்பொருள் காண்பதறிவு” என்பது சரியான வார்த்தை.
கெண்டகிபோன்ற கோழி வறுவல்,விரைவு உணவுகள் கடை திறப்பதை நாம் தடுக்க முடியாது.
ஆனால் இவற்றில் உள்ள பொருட்களைப்பற்றிப் பார்ப்போம்.
1.ஆடோலய்ச்ட் ஈஸ்ட்(Autolyzed Yeast): ஈஸ்ட் என்பவை நம் குடலில் காணப்படும் உயிரிகள். ஆனால் விரைவு உணவுகள் குடலில் அதிக ஈஸ்டை உருவாக்கி அந்த அதிகமான நச்சுப் பொருட்கள் குடலின் மேற்பரப்பை பாதிக்கின்றன.
2. மோனோ சோடியம் குளூட்டமேட்Monosodium Glutamate:இது சுவைகூட்ட உபயோகிக்கப்படுகிறது. இது ஒரு நரம்புமண்டலத்தைத் தாக்கும் நச்சு. அல்சீமர்,பார்கின்ஸன்,கற்கும் திறன் குறைதல் ஆகியவற்றுக்கும் இந்தப் பொருளுக்கும் தொடர்பு உள்ளது.
3. Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil: சோயா,பருத்தி எண்ணைகளில் ஒமேகா6 கொழுப்பு அதிகமாக உள்ளது. அதிக அளவு இந்த எண்ணை ஒமேகா6 கொழுப்பு இதய நோய்,புற்றுநோய்,மூளை செயல் குறைவு ஆகியவற்றை உண்டாக்கும்.
4.சுத்திகரித்த உப்பு: இயற்கையான கடல் உப்பு உடலுக்கு நல்லது. இதனை சுத்திகரிக்கும்போது சேர்க்கும் ரசாயனங்கள் உடலுக்கு உகந்ததல்ல! மிகவும் சுத்திகரிக்கப்பட்ட உப்பு பக்கவிளைவுகளை உண்டாக்கும்.
5.மால்டோ டெக்ஸ்ட்ரின்: இது ஒருவகை இனிப்பு. இது அதிகமாக சேர்க்கப்படுவதால் இனிப்பு சம்பந்தமான பிரச்சினைகள் வருகின்றன. மேலும் இது நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தியைக் குறைத்துவிடும். மேலும் உடல் பருமனை அதிகரிக்கும்.
மேலும் இந்த உணவுகளை அதிகம் உண்ணும் பழக்கம் மேலைநாட்டுக்குழந்தைகளிடம் அதிகம் இருப்பதால் குழந்தைகளே உடல் பருமன் நோய்களால் பாதிக்கப் படுகிறார்கள்!!
